Canadian Executive Group Search is seeking an Automated Truss Production Systems Operator for a local manufacturing facility in Vanastra, ON. Start date is Immediate; schedule is Sunday to Thursday with day, afternoon and midnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/production settings.
• Ability to follow detailed operating procedures and instructions.
• Read measurements and basic drawings or diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Capable of working independently with team communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the automated production line via control panels, HMIs, and software.
• Start/stop/restart production systems per procedures.
• Monitor saws, feeders, conveyors, scanners, and equipment.
• Verify correct job, design, and materials before production starts.
• Respond to alarms, faults, jams, and interruptions promptly.
• Troubleshoot at operator level and escalate when needed.
• Perform operator-level preventative maintenance when required.
• Track system performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Maintain continuous material flow and minimize downtime.
