Canadian Executive Search Group is seeking Truss Assemblers / Production Team Members to join a growing manufacturing operation in the Ilderton area. The role involves hands-on work assembling roof and floor trusses, selecting wood materials, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• English fluency for verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience with rough framing or truss assembly is an asset but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with power tools is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assemble roof and floor trusses according to project specifications.
• Select and prepare appropriate wood materials for upcoming projects.
• Efficiently assemble products while maintaining quality standards.
• Band and prepare completed products for shipment to customers.
• Perform repetitive and detail-oriented tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Assist with general production and material-handling duties as required.
• Support operations across various areas of the facility.
