Job summary

Intact FC is seeking an intermediate-to-senior automated test developer to design and implement an automated testing framework for the Guidewire BillingCenter environment across Canada.

You will contribute to test plans, develop automated tests with Selenium and TestNG, and mentor on best practices while collaborating with developers, QA, and product teams on a nationwide billing transformation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with Selenium and TestNG.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation.
• At least 5 years of experience and strong knowledge of modern versions of Java (Java 17+) and Spring.

Responsibilities

• Define test plans, scenarios and scripts related to new features developed by the team.
• Develop and execute automated tests.
• Provide guidance on the use of Selenium.
• Add features to the application framework.
• Provide guidance on industry best practices.
• Analyze and manage issues.
• Contribute to the evolution of our testing practices.
• Estimate testing efforts.
• Collaborate with manual QA testers, developers and business analysts.
• Build strong relationships with development and product teams to understand our product.
