Job summary

Talent Compass is seeking experienced Autobody Technicians for clients across Ontario, including the GTA, Kitchener, Cambridge, London, Ottawa, and more. These are full-time permanent roles offering stable employment and opportunities to work on OEM class 6-8 vehicles.

Responsibilities include repairing panels and frame structures, tightening components, and diagnosing body damages per manufacturer standards, with emphasis on safety and quality. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• 2nd, 3rd, 4th apprentices
• Red Seal or Journeyman certification is an asset
• I-CAR certification is an asset
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history.

Responsibilities

• Remove, repair and replace bent and damaged panels and frame structure
• Tighten various vehicle components involving riveting and replacing door bearings and bushings
• Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair body damages to fiberglass and suspension components on OEM class 6,7,8 vehicles
