Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service for DIY customers in-store, online, and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals while maintaining service standards.
• Handle key holder duties, safety and opening/closing tasks.
• Assist with store inventory processes, including POGs, stocking, cycle counts and back stock.
• Back up to professional services and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
