Qualifications

• Must have a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• No experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery, verify invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Examine the condition of merchandise at delivery and obtain customer sign-off.
• Organize daily pick-ups of cores, returns and warranties.
• Accurately record all deliveries and pickups with proper paperwork.
• Comply with electronic delivery principals and standards.
• Report any customer complaints to Dispatcher or Store Manager.
• Check vehicle fluid levels, tires, and cleanliness.
• Follow all road rules and regulations at all times.
• Check in with Dispatcher/Store Manager on delivery progress and delays.
• Participate in cycle counts and annual inventories.
• Assist with customer service in-store and keep shelves stocked.
