Job summary

Bumper to Bumper in Kelowna is seeking a Driver to support our automotive aftermarket team. You will safely prepare, pick and deliver orders, verify invoices, and ensure customer satisfaction through accurate delivery and smooth processes.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery and verify invoices for accuracy.
• Examine the condition of merchandise on delivery and have customer sign-off.
• Organize daily pickup of customer cores, returns and warranties without delaying deliveries.
• Record all deliveries and pickups accurately with proper paperwork.
• Comply with electronic delivery standards and report any complaints to dispatcher or store manager.
• Check vehicle fluid levels, tire conditions, and overall vehicle cleanliness; drive safely per road rules.
• Coordinate with Dispatcher and/or Store Manager on delivery progress and delays; assist with cycle counts and annual inventory.
• Assist with customer service activities inside the store and help stock shelves.
