ONE Insurance Group is seeking an Auto Insurance Advisor to floater across Region 7: St. Jean Baptiste, Letellier, Dominion City, and Altona.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service for Autopac and Driver Licensing products, building rapport, and presenting tailored coverage options. The successful candidate will support branches, potentially travel to multiple locations, and engage in proactive cross-selling while representing ONE Insurance’s broad product suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of insurance industry or comparable customer service experience is preferred.
• Manitoba General Insurance License and IWS Certification are not required but considered an asset
• Ability to travel to St. Jean Baptiste, Letellier, Dominion City and Altona branches to provide support
• Familiarity with Applied EPIC broker management system is considered an asset
• Organized and efficient with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Flexibility and a positive team player approach with effective communication skills
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• Valid driver's license and clear criminal record check required

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding and professional counsel to clients on Autopac and Driver Licensing products and coverages.
• Welcome customers in the branch and build rapport with existing, assigned, and new clients.
• Offer coverage options that suit individual needs.
• Cross-sell auto extension product options available.
• Support Personal Lines with processing and other duties as required.
• Process Auto Insurance transactions promptly in a professional and friendly manner; use the Prospector Program to generate leads with every transaction.

AutoAdvisor’s primary responsibility is to provide outstanding and professionalcounsel to our clients on their Autopac and Driver Licensing products andcoverages. This begins with ensuring that all customers feel immediatelywelcomed in the branch. Building solid rapport with existing, assigned, and newclients I essential while providing coverage options that suit their individualneeds. The successful candidate will also become familiar with ONE Insurance’sother lines of business in order to make clients aware of our wide variety ofproducts and services.

Performance Objectives:

• Createan exceptional customer service experience for all clients
• Followthe ONE Insurance’s Auto Customer Service Standards to ensure optimum coverageoptions are offered with every Autopac transaction
• Activelycross sell all auto extension product options available
• Providesupport to Personal Lines with processing and other duties as required
• Actionall Auto Insurance transactions immediately in a professional and friendlymanner and use the Prospector Program to generate leads with every transaction
