Job summary

ONE Insurance Group Ltd. is seeking an Auto Insurance Advisor floater for Region 7, serving St. Jean Baptiste, Letellier, Dominion City and Altona.

The role blends customer service excellence with insurance knowledge to meet clients' needs in Manitob a, while promoting the company’s broad product lines across branches. The successful candidate will travel to multiple communities, provide guidance on Autopac and Driver Licensing products, and support personal lines when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of insurance industry or comparable customer service experience preferred.
• Manitoba General Insurance License and IWS Certification are assets.
• Ability to travel to St. Jean Baptiste, Letellier, Dominion City and Altona branches.
• Familiarity with Applied EPIC broker management system is an asset.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada and clear criminal record check required.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer service experience for all clients.
• Follow the Auto Customer Service Standards to ensure optimum coverage options are offered with every Autopac transaction.
• Actively cross sell all auto extension product options available.
• Provide support to Personal Lines with processing and other duties as required.
• Process Auto Insurance transactions immediately in a professional and friendly manner and use the Prospector Program to generate leads with every transaction.

AutoAdvisor’s primary responsibility is to provide outstanding and professionalcounsel to our clients on their Autopac and Driver Licensing products andcoverages. This begins with ensuring that all customers feel immediatelywelcomed in the branch. Building solid rapport with existing, assigned, and newclients I essential while providing coverage options that suit their individualneeds. The successful candidate will also become familiar with ONE Insurance’sother lines of business in order to make clients aware of our wide variety ofproducts and services.
