Schill Insurance Brokers is seeking an AutoAdvisor to join our Maple Ridge team with a Tuesday to Saturday schedule. The role focuses on engaging clients, advising on auto coverage, and maintaining strong relationships within a growing local network.

You will manage renewals, explore cross-selling opportunities, and support clients through claims, while upholding confidentiality and providing exceptional service. A strong team spirit and a commitment to growth are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Insurance Broker level 1 license is required.
• Minimum 1 year Autoplan experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build authentic customer relationships and work in a team.
• Excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess needs and advise on coverage.
• Maintain and grow a book of business with proactive contact via phone and email.
• Develop new business by securing expiry dates and cross-selling.

About You:

• HighSchool graduate
• InsuranceBroker level 1 license
• Minimum1 year of Autoplan experience preferred
