Job summary

Schill Insurance Brokers Ltd in Maple Ridge is seeking an AutoAdvisor to join our team with a Tuesday to Saturday schedule. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing expert auto insurance guidance and building lasting relationships.

The role requires a High School diploma, an Insurance Broker level 1 license, and at least 1 year of Autoplan experience, with a focus on confidentiality, discretion, and exceptional time management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Insurance Broker level 1 license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of Autoplan experience preferred.
• Natural ability to build authentic customer relationships and function as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to determine needs and provide expert auto coverage advice.
• Maintain and manage a book of business with proactive contact via phone and email.
• Develop new business by securing expiry dates and cross-selling.
• Manage renewals and maintain high client retention.
• Assist clients through the claims process.
