Mercedes-Benz Vancouver is actively searching for a Sales Receptionist/Greeter to join the Dilawri Group team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, greeting and assisting them as they arrive at the dealership.

This role requires outstanding customer service, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to direct inquiries to the right person or department. You will also maintain the waiting lounge and handle basic administrative tasks.

Responsabilités

• As the first point of contact for clients, you require exceptional customer service skills and professional phone etiquette. You will greet and assist clients when they first arrive at the dealership.
• Responsible for answering and directing all incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provides basic information about the dealership and the Dilawri Group in order to answer inquiries and to refer customers to the appropriate individual or department.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the customer waiting lounge and ensures it is well stocked.
• Performs administrative duties such as recording sales traffic, distributing schedules for Sales Representatives, maintaining gas chitbooks and receipts, updating telephone lists, updating vehicle inventory lists and ordering business cards.
• Reviews appointments and deliveries in dealership software and maintains customer relationship management alerts and customer maintenance.
