Job summary

Assured Automotive, part of The Boyd Group, has provided quality collision repair across Western and Central Canada for over 30 years. The Customer Service Representative role delivers an exceptional experience in person, over the phone and via email, while managing relationships with customers and insurance partners and supporting the repair facility team.

You will use Google and Microsoft Office, communicate clearly, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to high service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent WOW plan execution.
• Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and by email.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using the repair management system.
• Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments.
• Prepare repair orders with proper documentation.
• Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASE.
• Manage car rental information.
• Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning to maintain high quality and positive NPS.
