Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in the autobody industry
• Leadership experience in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead a team of multiple personalities
• Highly organized

Responsibilities

• Lead production team to achieve cycle time targets and maintain quality and safety standards
• Coordinate sublets to ensure production flow is managed and timely
• Oversee repair orders, estimates, and cost planning
• Monitor parts and material usage
• Assist in ordering replacement equipment, parts and supplies
• Accurate completion of work orders and quality control sheets
• Provide support and backfill for repair planner duties
• Host production meetings and recognize team successes
• Foster growth and development through training partnerships
