Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant role.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Update ASE with customer interaction details.
• Inform customers and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW policies.
• Communicate customer needs to team members and maintain positive interactions.
• Assist in daily production walks and support team members as needed.
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings when required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
• Maintain KPIs related to Sales/GP/CSI/AR/TT and uphold company values.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure ASE is updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details from every customer interaction
• Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
• Ensure compliance with all WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
• Provides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
• Understanding of all required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team, as required
• Support all team members when required
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting (if required)
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager
• Maintain the Assured KPI’s by maximizing role performance (Sales/ GP/ NP/ CSI/ AR/ CT&TT)

• Creating estimates in Audatex and Mitchell estimating systems following the latest guidelines and OEM repair procedures

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job

High School Diploma or equivalent Basic Computer Skills Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Scheduling Tool: Progi Calendar, Google Calendars Management information Systems: ASE Rental Management: ASE Basic Knowledge: Mitchell, Audatex, Alldata, APU, Progi, Car-Part Other Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc. Effectively work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating multi-tasking ability while working under pressure

#BAEST Compensation Details

Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 per year Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
