Job description

Support audit testing on the conversion of Co-op Retailing System to JD Edwards.

Lead and support audit engagements of moderate complexity in accordance with appropriate accounting and auditing standards.

Participate in providing an independent, objective assessment of local Co-operative governance, risk management processes, and internal control systems by performing assigned reviews.

Prepare and complete audit files, documenting control testing and communicating weaknesses or areas for improvement to the Co-op’s Board and management.

Assist in preparing financial statements and corporate tax returns.

Who you are :

You are looking for a career in Finance and :

• Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or commerce, preferably with a major in accounting or finance.

• Are working toward a CPA or CIA designation; relevant education, experience, and credentials may be considered.
