Job summary

Skanna Systems Investigations is seeking a full-time associate in Canada to audit shipments, document discrepancies, and maintain audit targets. You will verify outgoing orders for accuracy and ensure consistent data entry into the client’s database.

The role requires standing in a warehouse environment, ability to lift 40–50 lbs, and compliance with safety certificates and driving requirements. Shift flexibility may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a driver's license.
• Must be comfortable operating a Pallet Reach machine.
• WHMIS, AODA, and WHSA certificates.
• Safety shoes.
• Criminal Record Check.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends if ever required by the client.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must have computer skills to perform data entry.
• Speed and Accuracy (mandatory requirement).
• Attendance and being on time are critical to maintaining the position.
• Must be able to work full-time in Canada or have a valid Work Permit.

Responsibilities

• Auditing random shipments that have been picked and packaged for shipping to retail locations to ensure the accuracy of the outgoing orders.
• Document errors in the database.
• Maintain/exceed the number of Audits required by the client.
