Audit Senior Associate | North Toronto | Hybrid to 95% Remote

Let’s be honest.

A lot of “remote” audit roles are remote until they are not.

You join. You barely know the team. You are on calls all day. You wonder if you are actually progressing or just quietly doing files in the background.

And when markets wobble, who feels safest. The people in the office every day. Or the person nobody has really met properly.

This one handles that differently.

You start hybrid. You get to know the team. The clients. The way they actually do things. You build credibility properly.

Then once you are established, it moves to up to 95 percent remote. Because by then there is trust both ways. You are not a name on a screen. You are part of the firm.

It is a niche audit space. Most of the work genuinely can be done remotely. This is not a bait and switch.

It is client facing though. So if you like leading meetings, speaking to owners, explaining what matters and what does not, you will enjoy this. If you would rather avoid that part, this probably is not the right fit.
