Responsibilities

• Connect with clients daily and gather information.
• Verify, post and reconcile transactions.
• Prepare corporate and personal tax returns and advise on tax planning opportunities.
• Produce error-free accounting reports and financial statements and present their results.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
• Analyze complex financial reports and records.
• Assist with financial and tax audits.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Correspond with CRA and government agencies as required.
• Collect and analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Connect with clients daily. Gathering information and answering any questions they may have
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions
• Produce error-free accounting reports and financial statements and present their results
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Prepare corporate and personal tax returns and advise on tax planning opportunities
• Analyze complex financial reports and records
• Assist with financial and tax audits
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
