Qualifications

• Five+ years in public practice with audit, assurance, and tax exposure.
• CPA designation is required.
• Ability to lead engagements, coach staff, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion for private entities under ASPE.
• Manage client relationships and ensure CAS compliance and timely delivery.
• Review financial statements, schedules, and working papers for accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to staff across engagements.
• Monitor budgets, WIP, billings, and profitability while maintaining quality.
