TD is seeking an Audit Manager I within the Compliance CoE to strengthen the regulatory coverage model and support testing across TD's audit teams. You will partner with audit colleagues to deliver high‑quality compliance work and provide hands‑on testing as part of planned audits.

Based in Toronto, Ontario, you will guide teams, implement tools, and stay current with regulatory requirements to improve efficiency. A strong background in audit/compliance and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant audit/compliance experience with an undergraduate degree.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general Internet applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to guide cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement the compliance coverage model for regulatory risk.
• Partner with audit teams to provide subject matter expertise for planning, risk assessment, and testing.
• Lead audits and provide hands‑on testing and CoE support.
• Roll out tools, templates, and guidance to enable high‑quality compliance work.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and effective communication with management.
