Job summary

The Skills Coalition in Farnham is seeking a Senior Audit Assistant to join a small audit team and develop audit skills within a supportive, forward-thinking firm. The role involves fieldwork, plan and complete audits, and take ownership of sections of files.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in practice, are part-qualified ACA/ACCA, and are keen to complete further qualifications (Level 7 apprenticeship possible). Strong Excel/IT and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of audit experience in an accountancy practice.
• Part-qualified ACA or ACCA.
• Keen to complete your qualification (Level 7 apprenticeship possible).
• Strong Excel and IT skills (Xero experience a bonus).
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to commute to Farnham (within 30–45 minutes).
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
