  • Education : College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience : 3 years to less than 5 years

  • Determine scheduling of production
  • Determine treatment and scope of production
  • Monitor the project's success after release
  • Supervise staff or team
  • Plan, organize and direct the artistic aspects of production
  • Determine lighting, lenses, camera angles and backgrounds
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
  • Set up equipment
  • Project management
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Plan coverage of upcoming events and assign work accordingly
  • Operate audio-visual or electronic equipment
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
