Position Overview

Reporting to: District Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional client experiences through counselling, product education, and recommendations.
2. Conduct hearing loss evaluations and recommend suitable solutions.
3. Maintain continuous care for existing clients to foster strong relationships.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, families, physicians, team members, and third-party payees.
5. Make a positive difference in clients' lives.
