Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Research & Insights, the Specialist will provide marketing insights to support strategic planning, measurement, and media optimization to enhance ROI. This role involves working with data, insights, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource and trainer for planning teams
  • Ensure teams are familiar with agency tools and approaches
  • Prepare competitive reviews and global reports
  • Utilize Power BI dashboards for data reporting
  • Participate in Market Mix Modeling projects
  • Lead initiatives like PubliSEES whitepapers
  • Assist with pitches and thought leadership
  • Prepare and present client reports

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of research/media experience, degree required
  • Ability to interpret syndicated media databases (e.g., Vividata, Numeris, comScore, COMMB)
  • Knowledge of media planning terminology
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Presentation and training skills
  • Interest in research methodologies and Market Mix Modeling is a plus
