Job summary

RB Global Inc. seeks a Customer Service Manager to oversee auction administration processes and manage the human resources needed for sale day operations.

You will be the primary contact for customers, providing assistance and information before, during and after sale days. This role acts as a conduit of information across the organization, ensuring all auction objectives are achieved while maintaining exceptional service levels and accurate data entry related to DMV rules and sales tax

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong computer skills with ability to learn new systems and enter data quickly and accurately.
• Familiarity with DMV rules related to vehicle sales.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and profitability by monitoring costs and staffing levels for auction administration and sale days.
• Create an environment reflecting exceptional customer service by monitoring service levels.
• Lead and coach the team to make decisions on refunds, invoicing inquiries, and owner details.
• Ensure team is skilled with RBA computer systems and customer registration requirements.
• Coordinate DMV transfer processes, tax certificates, and balancing accounts receivable with banking duties.
