Job summary

Lockheed Martin Canada invites applications for a Systems Engineer within the Naval Programs team. The role spans the full engineering lifecycle from specification to testing and field support for large-scale naval platform systems.

The successful candidate will work in a multidisciplinary environment across Kanata, Montreal, and Dartmouth locations, contributing to design reviews, performance metrics, and system architecture while collaborating with an international customer base.

Qualifications

• The incumbent must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized university in mechanical, electrical, electronic, software, hardware, or systems engineering.
• Relevant professional experience of at least two to five years will be considered.
• Experience with software, systems, hardware, or maintenance engineering lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on anti-submarine warfare system design activities with the lead systems engineer and other engineering staff.
• Perform needs analyses and market studies.
• Review requirements, their allocation, and market studies.
• Analyze system data from suppliers, including interface information, technical specifications, and drawings.
