Job summary

Distinct | North America in Toronto is seeking an Assurance Manager to own audit, review and assurance engagements across a diverse portfolio. You will work directly with Partners and clients and lead teams across a varied slate of engagements across multiple industries.

The role offers hybrid Toronto work arrangements, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and participate in long-term progression in a firm that serves Canadian and international clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Canadian public accounting experience.
• Strong audit and review engagement experience.
• Experience managing engagements from planning through completion.
• Strong client management and file review skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior staff
• ASPE, ASNPO and ideally IFRS exposure
