The position involves processing direct/local shipments, YOI merchandise, and alcohol, maintaining orderly receiving areas, and applying cold-chain practices. It supports returns, recalls, and invoicing compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in store operations and loss prevention helpful.
• Familiarity with receiving, pricing and returns processes.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.

Aufgaben

• Ensure high-ticket items are secured in a designated area.
• Process direct and local shipments, including OMNI and alcohol receipts.
• Keep receiving, claims and offices organized and clean.
• Follow cold chain guidelines and document the Receiving Temperature Log.
• Assist shrink prevention by scanning damaged/stolen merchandise.
• Maintain returns, RA requests, recalls, paperwork and packing/shipping efficiently.
• Monitor returns/shrink to minimize chargebacks and record shrink wins.
• Stay up to date with company policies and new store programs.
• Ensure invoicing controls are followed and payments processed.
