Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent is required or preferred.
• 1–2 years of Retail or Cash experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers to open registers and assist at assisted check-outs.
• Process transactions accurately and timely following the GET checkout process.
• Promote and recommend services such as Credit, Extended Warranty, Tool Rental, Pro Services, etc.
• Follow safety and loss prevention policies and protect store assets.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide appropriate suggestions to meet customer needs.
