Job summary

Auxly is looking for a detail-oriented team member to join our Charlottetown facility. You will follow SOPs, pick and excise finished goods, and ensure accurate documentation to support cGMP standards.

Ideal candidates bring reliability, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high quality. This on-site role reports to the Production Manager and offers opportunities to contribute to packaging operations and process improvements.

Role Profile:

Reporting to the Production Manager, will work in and maintain the standards of a cGMP environment, ensure orders are done accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards. The key candidate will be well organized, have an eye for detail, be a team player, and a good communicator.

Role Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for setup, process flow, and troubleshooting minor issues to ensure operational efficiency.
• Accurately and efficiently perform picking and excising of finished goods in compliance with established guidelines.
• Complete all required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail to maintain regulatory and operational compliance.
• Operate packaging equipment safely and effectively to support production processes.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and excise room facilities to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and organizational goals.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Prior experiencein a warehouse, production or manufacturing environmentis advantageous.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and evolving deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable and collaborative team member/leader.
