Are you a veterinarian looking for a supportive and progressive practice to join? Bowmanville Veterinary Clinic, a well-established multi-vet practice in Bowmanville, Ontario, is seeking a veterinarian for maternity leave coverage starting January 2025. We offer a flexible schedule of 3-4 days a week with 1 Saturday on rotation.
Bowmanville Veterinary Clinic has been providing exceptional veterinary care since 1972. Our practice sees a variety of patients, including exotics, cats, dogs, and even some zoo animals if you're interested. We have a team of 4 DVMs and 18 support staff, all passionate about animal care and well-being. Our clinic is well-equipped with 3 exam rooms, ultrasound, in-house lab, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, and a surgical suite. We are a Fear Free certified and Cat Friendly clinic, and we are proud members of the AEMV and AAV.
We emphasize continuous education and team bonding, with regular staff meetings and attendance at continuing education seminars. Our veterinarians and registered veterinary technicians bring over 150 years of combined experience, providing ample mentorship and support, especially for new grads.
