Company Description

Our practice currently cares for patients Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm (no nights on-call or weekends). We focus primarily on outpatient services, with potential to expand into inpatient cases. Serving this community for over 19 years, our vision is “taking care of people, by taking care of their pets.” We believe that building good communication with clients fosters mutual trust, ensuring pets receive the care they need.

Mornings are high-volume with spay/neuter, mass removals, and dentals. Afternoons consist of general practice 15-30 minute appointments.

Shingletown Animal Clinic proudly serves Redding, California, and surrounding areas with top-tier veterinary medicine and compassionate service. We treat every patient with loving attention, as if they were our own pets. Our team includes highly trained RVTs, assistants, and client service specialists—animal lovers committed to providing the best care possible.

Role Description

This is a part-time or full-time, on-site role for an Associate Veterinarian in lower Shingletown, CA. The veterinarian will provide medical care, including diagnosing and treating diseases, performing surgeries, and prescribing medications. Responsibilities also include conducting wellness exams, educating pet owners, and participating in routine clinic operations to ensure high-quality care. New graduates are welcome, and mentorship is available.

Qualifications
