The Associate Sourcing Manager will be responsible for the Sourcing, Negotiation, and Contract Management functions across various categories (Professional Services, Marketing, HR, IT, Industrial Operations, and others) specifically for our French-speaking client needs. Responsibilities include:

1. Leading sourcing projects, including strategy development, market research, requirements gathering, due diligence, supplier evaluations/RFx, negotiations, award recommendations, and contract execution.
2. Collaborating with senior stakeholders and global teams.
3. Communicating regularly and professionally with customer stakeholders about procurement status.
4. Participating in initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency to support growth.
5. Developing and mentoring team members and working collaboratively.
6. Staying updated with new processes and technologies, seeking innovative solutions.
7. Providing timely and accurate project status and issue reports.
8. Enhancing team members' business and category knowledge.
9. Offering creative solutions to achieve sourcing and negotiation goals.
10. Ensuring consistent delivery of sourcing services that meet savings targets and minimize risks.
11. Building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships to support sourcing projects.

Qualifications

Required:
