The Associate Sourcing Manager will be responsible for the Sourcing, Negotiation, and Contract Management functions across various categories, including Professional Services, Marketing, HR, IT, Industrial Operations, and other ancillary categories, specifically for our French-speaking client needs. These responsibilities include:
- Leading sourcing projects, including strategy development, market research, requirements gathering, due diligence, supplier evaluations/RFx, negotiations, award recommendations, and contract execution.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders and global teams.
- Communicating regularly and professionally with customer stakeholders regarding procurement project statuses.
- Participating in initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency, supporting company and account growth.
- Developing and mentoring team members, working collaboratively.
- Staying updated on new processes and technologies, seeking innovative solutions.
- Providing timely, accurate project status and issue reports.
- Enhancing team members' business and category knowledge.
- Offering creative solutions to sourcing projects and negotiations to achieve desired results.
- Ensuring consistent delivery of sourcing and negotiation services that meet savings targets and minimize client risks.
- Building and maintaining key client stakeholder relationships to foster trust and support for sourcing projects.
Qualifications:
- Fluent French speaking.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in consulting or sourcing procurement.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
