OMERS / Oxford Properties Group is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate, Compensation Advisory to deliver data-driven compensation advice and manage enterprise-wide forecasting and planning. The Associate or Senior Associate, Compensation Advisory is responsible for providing clear, data-driven and strategic compensation advice. This role is also responsible for the delivery of compensation processes and programs including development and maintenance of tools and templates, participating in market intelligence activities and compensation modeling.
The expected salary range for the Associate position is $62,000 - $92,000 per year. The expected salary range for the Senior Associate position is $72,000 - $108,000 per year. You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans – details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters.
