Position Overview

We are looking for an Associate advisor and Operations Manager in our Toronto location managing client investments, relationships, initiating, implementing and maintaining operations with our advisor team.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and investment management for a group of clients
• Work with other advisors on the team in managing client affairs, including investment management, wealth planning and insurance coverage
• Assist in development and implementation of processes and best practices for investment implementation and maintenance, client reporting, and business analytics
• Incorporate systems into daily activities and work with colleagues to maximize efficiency of systems

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of industry/advisory experience
• Strong systems knowledge: MS Office Suite, strong Excel, data management tools
• Experience with Dataphile/Broadridge Systems
• Reporting tools: Envestnet/Croesus
• Self‑starter with strong initiative
• Detail oriented, accurate and disciplined
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Education

• Successful completion of the CSC, CPH, CIRO IA registration
• Investment and Wealth Planning designations (CIM, CFP, etc.)
