Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in a technical or project environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work with modern AI-based tools.
• Familiarity with modern engineering workflows (Git, Agile tools, cloud services).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (Jira, Notion, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, coordination, and execution across multiple technical disciplines.
• Maintain documentation, schedules, and deliverable trackers for assigned engagements.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams on status, blockers, and next steps.
• Proactively surface risks or scope changes and communicate them early to maintain alignment.
• Participate in client and internal project meetings; capture actions and ensure follow-through.
• Learn and apply Very’s standard delivery frameworks for agile, iterative work.
• Participate in retrospectives and help identify process improvements
