We're hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the company's push into agentic work management — building the programs that let AI teammates plan, execute, and orchestrate work alongside humans. You'll drive initiatives spanning the the company Work Management Platform which enables human-AI collaboration workflows, partnering with teams across R&D and the business to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. This role requires technical depth and business acumen with strong collaboration skills to orchestrate work across Engineering, Product, Design, Research, and Business teams.
This role is based in our Vancouver or New York office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in‑office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
