About The Role

The Client Service Team is the revenue epicenter of our business. As an Associate, you will conduct high-level research into industries and companies, identify and speak with experts to meet client needs. This role offers clear objectives, recognition, and rewards based on your contributions. You will support West Coast clients, working from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.

One day, you might connect a private equity firm with experts on the sub-Saharan African telecommunications market; the next, assist a strategy consultancy with solar energy growth in the Middle East.

This role allows you to develop skills in sales, time and project management, negotiation, and professional communication while expanding your commercial awareness.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience
  • Undergraduate degree (Bachelor's or higher)
  • Proven leadership and extracurricular participation
  • Interest in business and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Growth mindset and willingness to embrace challenges
  • Strong networking and sourcing skills, utilizing LinkedIn and internal databases
  • Ability to meet quotas and deadlines
  • Work hours from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus
  • Knowledge of additional languages (German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin) is an asset
