Responsibilities

• Pricing and Promotional Strategy: prepare bi-weekly and monthly sales reports; develop pricing models and promotional plans with Product Manager; coordinate with Regional Sales Managers for pricing and flyer exposure; analyze market trends to close gaps.
• Product Development: monitor production/shipping schedules; support new product launch processes; analyze competition and market share; maintain product data; support marketing materials and training.
• Performance Management: manage internal communications; record minutes; compile data to support research; perform additional duties as assigned.
