Job summary

LG Electronics Canada, Inc. is seeking a PP&T Analyst to support the Finance - Price, Promotion & Trade team. This hybrid role is based at the North York office (4 days on-site) with occasional remote work.

You will develop and manage the promo planner on SQL Server, forecast budgets, assess promotion profitability, and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide market insights. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years in financial analysis or sales data analysis, plus Advanced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years' experience in Financial analysis, Forecasting or Sales data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, VBA, and Python.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Nice-to-have: Budgeting, ERP, B2B experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage promo planner on SQL Server (OLAP).
• Forecast spending budget and PSI for BS products monthly.
• Assess profitability simulations for promotion activities.
• Review sales programs and provide guidelines on registration.
• Manage RFPs by bid number and update budget in claims portal.
• Assist with new product launch activities.
• Investigate market trends and competitors’ behavior.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards for market insights.
• Maintain Python-based price tracker.
• Ensure data accuracy for sales strategy and planning.
• Support pricing and promotion simulations.
• Ad hoc analyses as required.
• Additional duties as assigned.
