Dexypaws is a growing, female-founded pet brand passionate about bringing aesthetically pleasing, high-quality pet products to market at affordable prices. We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team and support the development and management of our innovative product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with the internal marketing team and report directly to the Founder.
• Organize and manage schedules, ensuring timely attendance at meetings and events.
• Complete product briefs with specs for factories to obtain product quotes with meticulous attention to detail.
• Determine product MSRP by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales costs, finalizing cost structure and margin.
• Conduct customer, market and product research to compile insights on trends and white space opportunities.
• Prepare design briefs and work cross-functionally with design team to have cads developed for new products and seasonal launches.
• Manage general administrative tasks and provide operational support as needed.
• Monitor and manage the email inbox, responding to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Attend meetings and support the team with presentations and preparation.
• Assist with special projects aligned with business priorities and growth.
• Travel as needed for tradeshows, competitive shopping, and other business activities.

Requirements

• Availability to work in a remote capacity; Local travel for sample reviews with Founder and occasional travel for tradeshows or business activities.
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks
• Based in Toronto / Mississauga area
