Job summary

A leading general contractor in Vancouver is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support project delivery and take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years as a Project Coordinator, strong RFI management skills, and experience with projects in the $10M–$50M range. This role offers a clear pathway toward full Project Management and requires local BC construction experience. A competitive base salary of $90,000 – $110,000 and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally progressing toward APM.
• Experience in managing projects within the $10M–$50M range.
• Local BC construction experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Managing RFIs and coordinating consultant responses.
• Overseeing submittals and shop drawing reviews.
• Maintaining procurement logs and tracking subcontracts.
