Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction management experience, preferably with a general contractor.
• Experience with tenant improvements (TIs), commercial, multi-family residential, and industrial construction.
• Post-secondary education in Construction or Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Review documents, project drawings, contracts, and specifications.
• Plan and manage daily operations and construction schedules.
• Monitor expenditures and manage labor and material costs.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions.
• Liaise with the project team, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Train and mentor Project Coordinators.
