Job summary

Bethel CRC in Canada is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor (male) to shepherd our 350-member congregation and engage the broader community with the gospel.

Candidates should be spiritually mature, biblically grounded, emotionally healthy, and ordained or eligible for ordination. A M.Div. or equivalent Reformed training is preferred.

The role includes preaching occasionally, strengthening discipleship, and serving youth and young families.

Job description

Bethel CRC is prayerfully seeking a full-time Associate Pastor, male, to join our vibrant
congregation of approximately 350 members. We are seeking a pastor who is spiritually
mature, biblically grounded, emotionally healthy, humble, teachable, relational,
trustworthy, competent, team-oriented, and genuinely called to shepherd people within
the broader community.
The successful candidate will work as part of the ministry team to shepherd our
congregation, preach on occasion, strengthen discipleship, and engage our community
with the gospel. We are especially looking for someone who is relatable to youth and young
families, passionate about helping the next generation grow in their faith, and gifted in indepth,
engaging, and biblically grounded preaching and teaching.
M.Div. or equivalent, Reformed theological training, and ordination/eligibility preferred.
