In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

The IBM Client Innovation Centre CIC: Nova Scotia occupies a unique position in the IT marketplace - at the intersection of business and technology. In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center CIC, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As a member of our team, you will help IBM clients solve some of their most challenging business problems, capitalize on market opportunities, and achieve real value in today’s tough economy.

Candidates must:

  • Have an Associate’s Degree, College Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree by the date of employment.

  • Be willing and able to live and work in Nova Scotia, with minimal travel anticipated.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
