Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center CIC, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. These delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Agile Application Development: Proficient in Agile methodologies, you'll excel at interpreting requirements, crafting innovative solutions, and ensuring top-tier customer support for our esteemed clients. Your Excel prowess, coupled with the ability to derive insightful conclusions from data, will be instrumental in your success.
Team Player and Self-Starter: Adept at collaborating with a diverse team, yet comfortable taking the lead on individual tasks, you'll contribute to a harmonious work environment while maintaining personal accountability.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a pertinent discipline such as Business, Supply Chain, Logistics/Procurement, Warehouse Management, or Computer Science is essential. This educational base will provide a robust framework for understanding our business operations and technological needs.
SAP Module Proficiency: Familiarity with at least one SAP module - like Material Management, Sales and Distribution, or Logistics/Procurement - is highly desirable. This expertise will significantly enhance your ability to navigate our specific operational requirements within the SAP ecosystem.
Customer-Centric: With a knack for delivering exceptional customer service, you'll engage effectively with the public, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and communicate seamlessly across all organizational levels.
Mentorship and Problem Solving: Your ability to grasp new processes, guide teammates, and solve complex problems is vital. You'll relish the opportunity to devise innovative solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs.
Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of industry standards such as GDPR and HIPAA is a must.
