A career as an Associate or Associate Director, Business Integrator on the New Products and Activities team at National Bank of Canada Capital Markets means acting as a key driver of new product implementation and strategic initiatives with a direct impact on business growth by ensuring new products and activities are integrated in a controlled, scalable, and efficient ma nner. In this role, you will lead the assessment and integration of new OTC products, activities and business initiatives of varying complexity. You will independently manage straightforward to moderately complex initiatives and contribute to larger or more strategic mandates under the guidance of senior team members. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder coordination, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to identify issues, risks, and dependencies early in the process.
This position reports to the Managing Director responsible for transformation and evolution initiatives in the New Products and Activities team within the Capital Markets sector. Our team consists of around 45 highly experienced, talented, and dedicated individuals and stands out for its strong collaboration, agility, and deep understanding of capital markets activities and operating models.
You will work closely with trading, risk management, and functional experts across the organization, gaining end-to-end exposure to products, processes, and business strategies. We foster a dynamic environment where learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing are encouraged.
Our training approach is based on hands-on experience and exposure to complex initiatives. For the Toronto location only, proficiency in English is required. French is considered an asset, but it is not mandatory.
