LensCrafters in Alberta is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead patient care and deliver the brand promise through collaboration with the MOD and store team, performing clinical protocols while maximizing growth.

You will ensure the highest quality optometric care, maintain licensure, and train staff while delivering unsurpassed patient service and leveraging available technology to enhance the patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes KPI management and drives results in partnership with MOD and store team.
• Delivers brand experience and exceptional patient service.
• Maintains positive doctor–patient relationships and serves as brand ambassador.
• Leads by example and mentors team members within the practice.
• Uses technology effectively to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
• Ensures office systems and licensure requirements are maintained.
