Associate Manager, IT - Transportation at a glance...

You will be responsible for IT activities related to Transportation processes, including deployment Optimization, Transportation Planning, Carrier Integration, and Execution. Your focus will be on delivering the Core solution in SAP ECC/S4 HANA and integrating it with transportation applications. You will own the configuration of the global core solution in ECC/S4 HANA and related tools for Order Management, Deployment Optimization, Direct Procurement, and Intercompany transfers related to Transportation systems.

• Engage with stakeholders to capture business requirements, translate them into system designs, and implement solutions.
• Lead external contractors in system project management, implementation, and integration.
• Communicate project and system updates to senior leadership.
• Lead project teams in shaping system enhancements.
• Provide expertise in SAP SD module, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, and delivery.
• Configure and customize SAP SD modules for business needs.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers and other teams for technical requirements and data consistency.
• Manage system testing, defect resolution, and issue tracking.
• Act as the primary contact for project issues and coordinate hyper care activities.
• Maintain project plans and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with large-scale integration and transformation projects in OTC/STP and ERP systems.
• Skills in project scoping, management, requirements analysis, solution design, and testing.
• Knowledge of SAP SD configuration, customization, and integration, especially with TMS.
• Proficiency in sales and distribution business processes.
• Experience with transportation management systems.
• Ability to investigate IDoc processing and collaborate with middleware teams.
• Willingness to travel (~20%).

New Hire Base Salary Range: $84,000 - $105,000

Bonus: Performance-based bonus as per plan terms.
